I founded this studio to offer Pilates with a caring and holistic philosophy.
It's not just about strength and muscles, but the mindfulness to change how our body move - and be free of stress and pain.
We want to synchronise mind and body, so that we can move freely and joyfully in life. Pilates can bring about this connection between mind, body and movement.

Pilates is a form of exercise that emphasises controlled and precise movements to strengthen the body's core muscles and change the way we move. It improves balance, flexibility and overall physical strength.
It's a low-impact exercise, often performed on a mat or with specialised equipment, that can benefit individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes.
Pilates can help improve posture, reduce stress, alleviate back pain and increase flexibility. With regular practice, it builds a stronger, leaner and more toned body, as well as a greater sense of mental and physical balance.
We believe in Pilates that is caring, curative and customised for every individual. And have fun doing it.

We believe everybody can benefit from Pilates.
Yes we conduct sessions for the fit and the athletic. We also conduct workshops and courses to become certified pilates instructors.
In addition, our in-house physiotherapist and treatment room are available for those who need additional help
But most of all, we like to work with people with back pain, scoliosis, stiff neck and flexibility problems. It takes dedication to help these clients but the reward is gratifying. We love to put the spring back into the way they move. Call us for a trial session.
